Incubations are a hands-on experience with stakeholders typically flying in for kickoff and final playbacks. Throughout incubation the design teams sit and work together, daily in the IBM Design Studio. Stakeholders attend weekly playbacks remotely, absorbing their team’s presentation and sharing timely feedback.
