Incubations are rooted in user research. Every stakeholder team is responsible for providing a list of end users that their incubator team can contact, interview and test concepts with. Developing a robust understanding of who their users are, the pain points they face and the opportunities they have to solve for those pain points are the foundation of a successful incubation.
